• What is Timeline Jumping?

Timeline Jumping is a creation modality that uses visualization, breath, and awareness to embody the next available version of the self. The subtle but powerful shifts made during this process are life changing. Timeline Jumping allows you to access your own power through embodiment.

    Steps:

    1. Locate & understand your current timeline (state of being)

    2. Dissolve that timeline with non-judgment (void space)

    3. Begin solidifying your new timeline by inviting your desired self into the void

    4. Keep inviting in the new you until that timeline becomes more dense and solid

    Why would I Timeline Jump?

Because this reality responds to who you’re being . The game of life renders as a direct reflection of the character you are playing. If you are not consciously choosing what character you’re playing (who to be) then the default programming chooses for you. Timeline Jumping is not an escape, it is an opportunity for you to embody what you already know. The default character programming of the average human is inefficient. My work is not about more learning, and receiving information, it is about transformation through connection with the self.

  • Timeline Jumping Frequently Asked Questions

When should I do a Timeline Jump?

You can trust your judgement & do the jumps whenever you feel called to. The only times I would not recommend doing a timeline jump is if you are feeling like you're trying to escape your reality or avoid something. Those are times I'd recommend not trying to "move forward" because that tends to result in an energetic struggling-in-quicksand effect.

If you do need to know your ideal character, how do you come up with this?

A great way for you to understand your chosen/ideal/desired self is this quote by Michelangelo “The sculpture is already complete within the marble block, before I start my work. It is already there, I just have to chisel away the superfluous material.” So some people just jump, knowing that their chosen character exists. Some others like to be a bit more consciously aware. If that’s you you might want to ask yourself a few questions about your desired self beforehand. A great question to start with is who would I be if I had the life I desire? It’s also helpful to know you’re always creating/discovering this character with every experience you have.

    Can you jump too far?

Yes, the way you’ll know is if an identity feels too difficult to hold. If it feels like you have to try to convince yourself you are that version of yourself that’s usually a sign that you’ve attempted to jump too far. There’s nothing that needs to be done if you’ve jumped further than you have the capacity for, the identity simply wont hold. This tends to be the result of jumps taken to escape the reality ones in.

    Did I do it right?

You can’t “mess it up” take this lightly, have fun, make it your own! The closest thing you can do to doing it wrong is trying Timeline Jump while rejecting or attempting to avoid your current timeline. And even then you can always start over when you’re ready.

Can I jump to the wrong timeline?

No, again you can’t mess it up. When you’re Timeline Jumping your focus is aimed at your desired timeline/ self so that’s the only direction you move towards. What can happen however, is reality playing back your previous timeline because physical reality has a time delay. And since you’re no longer that previous version of yourself it’s an opportunity to choose to remain your chosen self even when something in reality that doesn’t match that. Hold the pose of you’re chosen self/timeline and reality must render based off of that
